Desserts

Very Berry Pie
1-1/2 c. Ready made graham cracker crust
1 Tbs. Sugar
1 Egg white
1/4 c. Land O Lakes butter, melted
2 c. Cool Whip whipped topping
1 c. Fresh Rasphberries
1 c. Fresh Blueberries
1-1/2 c. Fresh whole milk
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla pudding mix
Prepare graham cracker pie crust as directed, then spread 1/2 c. whipped topping over crust. Combine berries, and sugar; spoon 1-1/2 c. over topping.
In a bowl, wisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until soft set. Spoon over berries. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Top with remaining toppings. Refrigerate for 45 or until set.
